The hotel is in a good location. Prices acceptable. Breakfast is not bad, although in a four-star hotel you would expect more. What was terrible was the temperature in the apartment. 32st.C and non-working air conditioning. The gentleman's reaction at the reception: there is no technician, no manager, nothing can be done - guest worry yourself.

It was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. It was a joy to stay.

The location is perfect, the rooms are well maintained and clean. Could not be more happy with this hotel as a base to explore Berlin.

The hotel was really artistic and clean, it is quite at the middle of Berlin. Thus, all reception were really polite and welcoming and supportive specially Iranian woman. Thank you all for the facilities and hospitality.

The facility and theme are excellent. The service staff and restaurant were very polite, professional, and great at their respective jobs. The front desk unfortunately were less than professional, and could use remedial training on professionalism and courtesy in the hospitality industry. The location is ideal; close to the city but far enough to avoid the hustle & bustle.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's fantastic location. Situated next to the center of Berlin, it was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation options. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Another standout feature of the hotel was the excellent breakfast provided each morning. With a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From its cleanliness and convenient location to its outstanding breakfast, it truly exceeded all my expectations.
