It was very good, clean and spacious. It was an amazing experience overall and honestly was great. We rented 2 rooms and they were both the same apart from one of them it smelled like smoke but I doubt there was a smell of smoke in any of the other rooms, and it was just a minor issue, but apart from that everything was just amazing. 5 Star!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great variety of food at breakfast.

The hotel is okay

I never git to stay in your hotel, I reserved three nights and then I found iut that my Father had pass away the day of my trip which I had biik less than 24 hrs before. I worte to your hotel explaining the situation about canceling and refund in your hotel straight out, told me no refunds. So how do you expect me? To give you a review when NO sympathy FORM YOUR staff WHATS SO EVER not been able to refund me in a kind of Crisis !

3. The good: I really like the location. The room was a really nice size, clean and comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and received them. The not so good: The heating could not be controlled, it was way too hot. I was greeted once on entering the hotel. Even when the desk was not busy there was no salutation and the staff there came across as unwelcoming. Slow check out. I contacted the hotel for an earlier check in before I went but nobody got back to me. My flight was early and they stood by the 3 pm time even though others arrived after me and got checked in. I waited from 10:30 until 3. A smile would have been great.
