We had a very good time from start to finish, all the staff has been very kind and helpful and everything is clean to a very high standard. The location is very good for public transport if you need to get around quickly in Berlin as we didn't come by car. Food prices in the restaurants are also very reasonable. Couldn't sleep well due to noise of the vehicles on the street from the window. The window was closed but isn't soundproof. Wouldn't visit again. All other services were good. But basic necessity not satisfied.

Overall it's was a nice experience. Nice staff and nice rooms. The concept og having a hallway on the highest floor with the ability to smoke was nice. And the placement of the hotel is also really good. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty og options. I will come again for sure.
