Very nice hotel. Excellent location very convenient to restaurants, transport. Cute Hollywood decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The street was noisy but the soundproofing is good. Highly recommend.

Most of my evaluation is heavily impacted by a "wedding party" going on in the restaurant under the hotel, that kept my daughter awake most of the night between saturday and sunday, and also was quite loud in my room (229). We called the reception, and the receptionist promised to address the restaurant with a request to be more quiet - but also informing us that the hotel did not own the restaurant. I know you cannot control your neighbors, but having a hotel on top of a noisy restaurant should be informed to guests... or avoid having guests in rooms above the restaurant i weekends.

Very well placed. The train station is only 10 mins walk and only 10-15 minute ride to e.g. Alexanderplatz. The bustling shopping street is just 10 minutes walk. A lot of luxury items show room nearby.Many good restaurants nearby and a nice cafe adjacent to the hotel. One flip side: I missed a hotel bar. You expect that if the hotel claims that it is 4 stars.

I have stayed at your hotel many times during the ITB fair in previous years. I was generally satisfied until this year. I even recommended it to my friends. This year was disappointing for me. First of all, you stopped putting bottled water in your rooms. The cost of a bottle of water should not be too high, since you are one of the most expensive hotels for nightly accommodation. Secondly, the carpets are very old and dirty. Room cleaning is not good enough. Also, your female staff working at the reception on Thursday day shift is very rude, unhelpful and even scolds the guest. I heard the same comments from my other friends. I plan to come once more next year. I hope this hotel, which I love very much, will achieve the service quality of previous years.
