In the Hollywood Media Hotel, we have recognized the problems of handicapped and disabled people and respect their special needs. The public areas of our hotel, e.g. the restaurant and of course the 9 conference rooms have wide corridors and doors as well as a stageless entry. the public toilets in the hotel lobby and on the first floor are handicapped accessible, too.

Two of our rooms on the second and third floor are especially equipped for the special needs of handicapped or disabled persons. We want you to feel well and independant during your stay in Berlin.

Both of our accessible rooms meet the DIN Norm category B with the following charakteristics:

• wide entrance door : 0.94 m
• wide bathroom door: 0.935 m
• bed height: 0.47m (from floor to top of mattress)
• space left hand side and right hand side of the bed: left 1.04 m, right 2.04 m
• dimensions of the handicapped accessible shower: 1.60 x 1.50 m

The central location of the hotel on the shopping boulevard Kurfürstendamm, in direct vicinity to several hadicapped accessible suburban train stations and metro stations ("Savignyplatz", "Uhlandstraße" and "Kurfürstendamm") is ideal for wheelchair user and for handicapped people, to start their own discovering and sightseeing tour through the city of Berlin.
